About Programme
This great initiative creates a network of professionals collaborating with the President to tackle national socio-economic challenges, foster innovation, and advance sustainable development, it is essential to promote professional excellence and teamwork among senior government officials and industry experts. This partnership aims to drive national progress and development by encouraging cooperation between professionals and government entities, thereby reinforcing public-private sector partnerships.
Additionally, initiatives will include recognizing outstanding professionals through Annual Presidential Awards for Professionals and engaging with experts to address national socio - economic issues. By promoting innovation and connecting with professionals abroad, we can also facilitate career opportunities for graduates through the Presidential Innovation Hub, further contributing to the country's development goals.

Patron: Honourable Minister
Professor Paul Mavima is currently the Minister of Skills Audit and Development in the Government of Zimbabwe. He has previously held several positions in the same Government. From 2009 to 2013, he was a Principal Director in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. From September 2013 to December 2017, he was Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education. In December 2017 he became the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education. From November 2019 to September 2023, he was Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare.
He has represented the Gokwe Sengwa Constituency in Zimbabwe’s General Assembly since September 2013. Prior to joining Government, Mavima taught at Grand Valley State University in Michigan, USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Public Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. In 1994, he obtained the Fulbright Fellowship to study for a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy at the Florida State University. He served briefly as a policy analyst for the Government of the state of Florida. He has research interests in public policy, administrative reforms and the not-for-profit fields.

Founder & National Chairman
Mr Kudzai Ngirazi is The Founder & Chairman of the Presidential Programme for Professionals. He possesses extensive experience in research, public relations, writing, and publishing, as well as expertise in business development, human resources, reward management, talent development, and public administration.
Mr. Ngirazi has a strong background in the private sector, particularly in the telecommunications industry, and has made significant contributions to education programmes throughout his career.
